NHS Key Worker Advice Project
The purpose of the project is to support the recruitment and retention of NHS staff by helping them to overcome challenges with housing and providing advice for any underlying issues.
We work with all seven NHS Trusts across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and support the development of the broader business case.
As part of the NHS Housing Hub, we provide advice specifically for internationally recruited staff to help them settle in local communities.
